Part of listing the home for sale in the East Tampa market includes identifying issues today, so that they do not cause us headaches down the road. Pre listing reports should include issues that need attention before the home is ever listed on the market, not limited to expsosed wires, or my personal fave-loose wires at the water heater. Experienced pros can call this for repair now, and not after the propsective buyer has started to talk themselves out of this investment. Which approach fits your goals? Wait and see, or plan for success?
